Mr. Paresh Shah, the Founder CEO of “SYMPHONY” is having an experience of more than 24 years in Attitudinal and Behavioral training programs based on Ontological Principles – “The Scientific Design of ‘Being’ part of the Human Beings”. 

His passion for working with Youngsters and Parents towards a complete transformation (a training for Complete Family - the heart of the Indian Society and Culture), lead him to lay the foundation of a Training & Coaching organization and aptly named it “SYMPHONY” - Dedicated to Discover & Express the Power Within and Creating Synergy between Self and Surrounding Environment for every individual, creating a Symphony of Life.

“SYMPHONY” has another founder member, Ms. Bijal Shah, an M.B.A., Finance (NMIMS) adding a special flavor as an Educational Consultant to the organization. She is having more than 20 years of experience in grooming the young generation
